Together in Christ – We Worship
We Need Your Help on Sundays! We need Lay Readers, Ushers, Closers, Coffee Hour crews, and people to run slide shows during worship service. It does take many people to have our services run smoothly each Sunday. Participating in these ways will make you much more familiar with our wonderful congregation and church. Please contact MaryAnne Farley at 1 (774) 487-0719 or booklover126@comcast.net.
Seeking Sunday School Teachers! UPDATE: We have all the teachers we need! Sunday School begins on September 11 with a Rally Sunday Celebration. Registration is from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the solarium for children ages 3 to Grade 8. Children will attend worship with their families until the Children’s Message, after which they will attend class. We have a team of dedicated teachers. Please join us! For more information, please call Heather Wolfe at 508-771-4354 or the Church Office at 508-428-2811.
A Bible Study continues Thursday mornings at 10 am in the solarium during the summer. We will study the scripture that will be read the following Sunday. Come when you can. Don’t worry about signing up. Don’t worry about having any experience studying the Word. Bring a friend. We will be in the cool air of the solarium. All are welcome.
Arrangements for Sunday services are available for $50. You choose whom you wish to honor and what Sunday you would like. Call Jane at 508-428-2811 or sign up on the calendar in the sanctuary if you are interested.
Coffee Hour: If you can help with Coffee hour, please give Sharon Kaczmarczyk a call. 774-313-0199.

United Women in Faith
With a name change we need to learn it better and understand it. These quotes are from Betty Shipped, NEC United Women in Faith President, as she quotes the International President.
“What a World We Live IN” is Ainse Isama’s message: Being United Women in Faith is hard but rewarding work. It requires commitment and believing that, no matter how or what life throws at Us, our faith in God can carry us through as we work to improve lives of women, children and youth.”
Come to our first United Methodist Women in Faith Meeting…date and Special Speaker to be announced.
