Help Vacation Bible School! Help bring Vacation Bible School to life by stopping by the solarium, where you’ll find bears labeled with items we need—either to borrow or to keep. Each bear lists the item and the date it’s needed (but feel free to bring it earlier!). Please take one or more bears, and when you bring in the item, simply attach the bear to it. Many of the supplies can be found at the Dollar Store or other discount shops—there’s no need to spend much. Thank you so much for your generosity and support!
Pick Up Your “All Moms Are Heroes” Hat – Now Available! In light of the heartbreaking news about the mother and baby lost in a recent fire, we are reminded of the strength, love, and courage that mothers show every day. To honor that spirit, “All Moms Are Heroes” hats are now available (to order) $30 at Rainbow’s End. Wear one to show your support and recognize the everyday heroism of moms everywhere. Because every mom is a hero.

Spring cleaning? Downsizing? We’re accepting donations! Rainbow’s End Thrift Shop and our upcoming church yard sale are both in need of donations. We’re especially looking for small furniture, household items, and quality clothing. If you or someone you know is moving or renovating, we’d love to take good items off your hands!
📍Rainbow’s End is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM Drop off items during shop hours at Rainbow’s End at 1056 Main St, Osterville. Thank you for supporting our ministries and mission work through your generous giving!
United Women in Faith is collecting monetary donations to purchase backpacks for homeless teens. Backpacks are the largest need for homeless youth. UWF purchased 24 backpacks and will be presenting these backpacks at the event on May 18th to the Council of Churches Youth Street Reach Program. This was the only way to get the best price! If you would like to contribute, please write a check with backpack in the memo or make a cash donation and write backpack on the envelope. Thank you for truly caring about youth especially this day and age.

She will speak about the Council’s ongoing efforts and share how our church community can continue to support programs like Youth StreetReach and other vital ministries.

A Holiday Fair, November 22, 2025 Do you hand sew, paint, cut, glue or machine stitch? Then we need your help at the Holiday Fair workshops! Our workshops will begin on Tuesday, May 6 from 9:00 – 12:00 at the church Annex. We have a wonderful space to gather and create ornaments and decorations to sell at our November Fair……If you have craft ideas that you have seen this winter, bring them along! We always like to try new things! The coffee is always on, the conversation is great, and you’re helping an important Fun(d) Raiser for our church! Come and Create Community!

Mission Trip to Camp Mechuwana – July 5–10 Looking for a meaningful way to serve this summer? Join us for a Mission Trip from July 5–10 at Camp Mechuwana in Winthrop, Maine. This is a wonderful opportunity to give back, grow in faith, and connect with others in service. Bright Promises: Supporting Our Deployed Military Personnel – Bright Promises is collecting goods to send to deployed military personnel this holiday season. We are seeking donations of: Hand warmers, Nature Valley Peanut Butter Granola Bars, Body Wash, Body Lotion, Hand Lotion, Chewing Gum. A collection box is located in the Solarium. UMC-Osterville Prayer Shawl Ministry: Meets the 1st Sunday of each month from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the Solarium (October to June). All are welcome. Let us know if someone is in need of a prayer.
Coffee Hour Donation Basket: Contributions towards supplies can be made at the coffee hour table.
Donate Flowers for the Altar: If you would like to donate flowers for the altar, please sign up on the bulletin board by the restroom in the solarium and fill out a form for Jane. Leave it on her desk. The arrangements are $50.00. You may leave a check with your order or drop one off when convenient.

- The Church Book Group will meet on Wednesday, April 30 at 11:00 am in the parlor to discuss the book “The Giver of Stars” by Jo Jo Moyes.
- Men’s Fellowship: Every Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM. All men are welcome.
- Bible Study: Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM. Pastor John will go over the scripture for the following Sunday. This meeting is available on Zoom. Meeting Code #753843.
