Sermon: The Power and Presence of the Holy Spirit!When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues[a] as the Spirit enabled them.- Acts 2:1-4

Housing Assistance Walk for Hope🌟 Join Us for the Walk for Hope this Sunday! 🌟

We’re proud to support the Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) in their efforts to help the homeless and those needing affordable housing on Cape Cod.

How You Can Help: Sponsor a Walker. Write a check to HAC to sponsor a walker from our church. We’ll bring all donations to the walk.
Join the Walk: Walk with us and make a difference in our community. It’s a 3-mile walk filled with hope and support for those in need.
Let’s come together and take steps towards providing everyone with a safe and affordable place to call home. We hope to see you there! 🌟👟💙

Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, June 9 at 1:00 pm in the Outdoor Chapel. (Rain or Shine) Bring you pets or our love of those gone by and we will thank God of all of them.

This Sunday, we will reflect on a passage from Mark 8, where Jesus teaches us the paradox of gaining life by giving it up for His sake and the gospel.

Children/Youth Choir: Rehearsals: After the 10 am service

Christmas Fair Workshop! You are invited! A fair workshop will be held in the Annex every Tuesday from 9:00 – 12:00. We begin on Tuesday, May 7th.  Every week we will work on craft items to sell at our holiday fair in November.  If you can hand sew, sand wooden items, paint wooden items or glue, you can join us!  The coffee will always be on….Join me on May 7th, ready to work.  Please bring any nifty craft ideas that you might have seen this winter in your travels – ornaments or holiday decorative items.   See you next month!

Community Support Needed for Benefit Event The Yarmouth Moose Lodge is organizing a benefit event to support one of their members whose 14-year-old daughter is undergoing chemotherapy for bone cancer. Event Details: Date: June 29 Purpose: To raise funds to support the family with medical and related expenses. They are seeking donations in the form of services, gift certificates, new items, and baskets to be raffled off on the day of the event. Your contributions will help make a significant difference for this family. Please consider attending the event and supporting this important cause. Prayer Shawl Ministry Meetings in the parlor the 1st Sunday of each month between services from 9:30 – 10:00.

Coffee Hour Donation Basket There is a basket on the coffee hour table should you wish to make a contribution towards our supplies. Thanks so much to those dedicated volunteers who bake and shop, set up and clean up!

Holiday Fair Costume Jewelry The red jewelry box is back on the table next to the solarium exit. We are again collecting jewelry for our Attic Treasurers jewelry room at our Holiday Fair. Thanks for your donations.

Altar Flowers

• To donate flowers for the altar, sign up on the bulletin board by the restroom in the solarium and leave a form for Jane on her desk.
• Arrangements are $50.00.

Spring Yard Sale Donations

• Spring is here! Joyce Bartlett is joining Priscilla Tinsley at the Annex on Tuesdays from 9 am till 12 pm to accept donations for the upcoming yard sales this spring and summer. Our first yard sale of the season is scheduled for Memorial Day Weekend on Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. If you have any questions, just give either Joyce 508-221-5751 or Priscilla 978-337-0408 a call.
