Come to Bible Study! You are cordially invited to our weekly Bible Study, held every Thursday at the church from 10 am to 11 am, where we examine the scriptures for the coming Sunday. This Sunday, we will reflect on a passage from Mark 8, where Jesus teaches us the paradox of gaining life by giving it up for His sake and the gospel.

Children/Youth Choir: Rehearsals: After the 10 am service
2024 Plant Sale | Saturday, May 4th 9 am – 2 pm We need plants! While you are getting your gardens ready this spring, please bring in any of the plants that you need to divide or that you need to discard. We need pots to put them in. Any extra plastic or clay pots would be terrific. Any decorative plant or garden items that you no longer need are also welcome. Ceramic pots, gardening tools and anything that a gardener might need would be great. We also need volunteers. Please give Dave Eaton a call if you need help getting plants here or if you can give us a hand prior to the sale or on the day itself. 508-680-6779.

Hurry! Space is limited, and we’ll be accepting applications on a first-come, first-served basis. We’ll also be mindful of the types of crafts to ensure variety.
Set-up for the fair: Friday night: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM or Saturday morning: 6:30 AM – 8:45 AM
This event is a fundraiser for the United Methodist Church in Osterville, so expect a delicious luncheon, baked goods for sale, and our own table of craft items. Thank you for your support! We can’t wait to see your creations at the Mid-Summer Craft Fair!
Committed to Serve—You are Making a Difference
Food Pantry: For the Month of April, the Outreach Committee wants you to please think PROTEIN – protein rich foods including canned chicken, tuna packed in water, canned beans, lentils, boxed non-refrigerated milk, protein bars, nuts & seeds, chickpeas, quinoa, oats, and peanut butter. Additionally, this month and this spring we would very much appreciate donations of new socks and T-shirts, any color, sizes small, medium, large, and XL for both men and women homeless and veterans.
Prayer Shawl Ministry Meetings in the parlor the 1st Sunday of each month between services from 9:30 – 10:00.
Miracle Kitchen
- Needs help preparing sandwiches, salads, and desserts for the monthly luncheon.

Altar Flowers
- To donate flowers for the altar, sign up on the bulletin board by the restroom in the solarium and leave a form for Jane on her desk.

Rainbow’s End

Estate Sale Update
- Originally scheduled for this weekend at Claire Haworth’s home, now postponed to April 6th and 7th.
United Women in Faith (formally United Methodist Women)
On Sunday, April 7, 2024, following the 10:00 am service, the United Women in Faith will hold a Board Meeting. The newly appointed President, Alice Murphy, will preside over the meeting, where new officers will also be warmly welcomed.
