Good Afternoon,
I was made aware today of the shooting of a Barnstable HS student on Friday and I want to reach out to our community at the United Methodist church and let everyone know that I am available if youth need someone to talk to about this event. Additionally, I would like to make myself available if parents need help talking about events like this to their children.
I will be at the church at 2pm tomorrow is anyone needs to talk, and I can meet people in other places if the church is not convenient for youth and parents alike. Additionally, I can make myself available at anytime you need, just let me know what time is good for you.
Finally, I ask that we all pray that this young adult and his family as they go through this tough time. Also, that we pray for the students of BHS and the youth around Cape Cod that they might find their way through this tragedy.
